Since 1996, Juergen has filled executive positions in industry. He has a special focus on FMCGs and brand-name companies, banks, investment companies as well as trade and service providers. Juergen primarily seeks out candidates using the direct search method and facilitates international searches through cooperation with one of the most important international executive search companies. A further element of his activity is filling advisory and supervisory-boards positions.
After vocational training in an international commercial firm, Juergen studied business administration at the University of Hamburg specialising in banking and law. He also participated in an extensive Senior Management Program in Harvard, USA.

Juergen obtained his professional expertise in industry in the areas of brand-name products/consumer goods and trade.
While working with Hamburg/Germany-based Beiersdorf AG, Juergen spent three years working in a subsidiary in Santiago, Chile. Following this, Juergen spent 7 years in Buenos Aires as managing director of Beiersdorf's Argentinian subsidiary.

In 1992, Juergen became the managing director of the Wächtersbacher Keramik with overall responsibility for the German and Spanish operations.
Following this, he became member of the Board of directors of the international Trading Company Raspe + Paschen AG, Hamburg. Among the responsibilities pertaining to this role was the setting up of a factory in Tianjin, China.

Juergen speaks fluent English and Spanish and has a daughter.
