Our Procedure -
Analysis and the Tracking-down of all Potential outcomes
- We carry out the pre-selection of qualified candidates only after a rigourous pre-screening process consisting in a personal interview and in-depth analysis of the curriculum vitae as well as employment references.
- We only present candidates we have met in person and who have given us their explicit permission to do so.
- Upon request, we will obtain references and conduct individual assessments.
- We continue the project until the moment the chosen candidate has been appointed.
- We do not regard the project as completed upon signature of the employment contract. During the new employee's integration period, support is offered to both parties through regular contact.
