Our Procedure - Analysis and the Tracking-down of all Potential outcomes
We carry out the pre-selection of qualified candidates only after a rigourous pre-screening process consisting in a personal interview and in-depth analysis of the curriculum vitae as well as employment references.
We only present candidates we have met in person and who have given us their explicit permission to do so.
Upon request, we will obtain references and conduct individual assessments.
We continue the project until the moment the chosen candidate has been appointed.
We do not regard the project as completed upon signature of the employment contract. During the new employee's integration period, support is offered to both parties through regular contact.
