Dr. Kühl specializes in placing experts and senior executives for telecommmunication, IT, media and e-commerce companies.

After vocational training at Siemens AG in Hamburg, Berlin and
Munich he studied business administration in Hamburg.
He finished his post graduate studies in South Africa and Germany with his doctorate from the university of Cologne.

Dr. Kühl began as consultant for the Board of Siemens AG, leading strategy projects in Europe and USA. After four years he build up his marketing and sales expertise as director of sales for Siemens tele-communication solutions in national and international markets.

Following this, Dr. Kühl used his industry knowledge and management skills at Mannesmann Arcor as Senior Vice President, then member of the Board of directors of European Computer Telecoms AG and later Acoreus AG. Prior to joining our executive search team he was managing director of Dtms GmbH and international affiliate companies in Austria, Italy and Spain.

He supported various telecommunication and service industry associations (VATM, DVTM, KVD, a. o.) with his profound know-how and was elected as member of the Board to represent the interests of all members within the industry.

Dr. Kühl is also a lecturer for sustainable management and com-pliance at the Technical University of Ingolstadt.

He is fluent in English and French,
is married and has three children.
